About Me
I'm a NYC based theatre director and producer with a lifelong love for storytelling that began with a passion for cinema. After earning a degree in Cinema Studies from SUNY Purchase, I worked across different departments in the film industry, building a strong foundation in narrative and visual craft.
While working in film, I found myself increasingly drawn to theatre. I was curious about how stories came to life on stage which led me to experiment with directing a play, and I quickly discovered a deep creative connection to the process.
In 2022, I made my theatrical debut by self producing and directing a double bill of Oscar Wilde’s La Sainte Courtisane and A Florentine Tragedy at the American Theatre of Actors. I loved the immediacy of theatre, the collaborative energy, the ability to shape moments through rehearsal and the magic of live performance. Encouraged by the reception of my first show, I dove deeper into directing.
Next I went on to direct Pañuelos, a full length play set during Argentina’s Dirty War, for the New York Theatre Festival. That was followed by a short comedy for The Players Theatre Festival, and then adaptations of classics like Strindberg’s Creditors and Sophocles’ Electra.
I'm driven by a love for storytelling that connects and resonates.
